Laurent Bellieres is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant since 2002 and has 28 years of experience in audit, consulting and C-level management in finance, risk and compliance functions in the Swiss financial sector. After obtaining a master’s degree in Political Sciences from the University of Geneva and a master’s degree in Business Administration from HEC Lausanne, he started his career as financial and regulatory auditor at Ernst & Young and then at KPMG, working on a variety of audit and secondment assignments with banks, securities firms, fund management companies, pension funds and non-regulated companies. After 9 years in Big Four audit firms, Laurent Bellieres embraced FINMA scrutinized roles in Swiss banks for 15 years as Head of internal audit, C-level executive in charge of key governance functions namely finance, risk control, legal and compliance including 12 years in a Fintech which he accompanied to obtain Swiss bank and securities firm licenses.
Laurent Bellieres has developed expertise in designing simple and effective control functions that ensure compliance, integrity and efficiency.
He had many successes in his dealings with FINMA and foreign regulators, including obtaining a number of licenses and authorisations (Linkedin profile for more details). Laurent Bellieres also successfully advocated the digitalisation of client identification in the Swiss AML regulatory framework, resulting in the FINMA’s circular 2016/07.

Stéphane Reichenbach brings over 30 years of experience in audit, financial controlling, internal control and compliance within the Swiss and international financial sector.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Lausanne HEC and an MBA from the Open University (UK), he began his career as an auditor at ATAG Ernst & Young before moving into financial analysis and controlling roles at international groups including Reuters, Ares Serono and Nestlé Nespresso.
In 2000, he joined CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA, where he held positions of increasing responsibility over 24 years: internal auditor, Head of the Permanent Control Department, US Program project leader, Head of the Compliance Staff and, ultimately, Head of Supervision and Controls within the Compliance Department. In this capacity, he designed and implemented an internal control concept as well as a consolidated oversight framework covering the Swiss and Asian entities (Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai), successfully led major regulatory reviews with FINMA, MAS and HKMA, and played a central role in the remediation and reorganisation of the compliance function.
Throughout his career, Stéphane Reichenbach also spearheaded significant cross-functional projects, including the US Program, fraud investigations, the implementation of the group’s GDPR framework. His experience helped him build interpersonal skills which make him at ease to relay with General Management or any business division.

Christophe Morel is a Swiss banking professional with 37 years of experience in private and retail banking, internal audit, risk management, compliance and C-level executive roles in Switzerland and internationally. Holder of a Federal Diploma in Banking Economics, a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Management and a CIA designation, he progressively built his career at UBS, HSBC and Lombard Odier Group, where he spent 19 years in roles of increasing seniority — from Deputy Head of Group Internal Audit to Chief Risk Officer for the Asian entities and then Head of Group Business Risk Management for the Private Clients Unit.
In 2019, he joined Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA as Chief Risk, Legal & Compliance Officer and ExCo member — a FINMA-approved function — overseeing all independent control functions, a team of 17 FTE, and leading the bank’s regulatory strategy, governance frameworks and digitalization of risk and compliance tools.
Since 2026, Christophe Morel operates as a consultant, outsourced compliance & risk officer and interim manager, bringing his expertise in asset management, governance, risk, compliance and audit to banks and external asset managers — helping them navigate regulatory complexity and institutional change.

Sergey Tchalykh is a Swiss finance and compliance professional with over 30 years of experience spanning international banking, corporate finance and wealth management. After graduating in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and completing a training programme at ESSEC in Paris, he began his career at Banque Société Générale Vostok, where he spent seven years originating and structuring debt instruments. He then moved to the corporate sector, serving as Deputy Director and Director of the Investment Department at MMC Norilsk Nickel, the world’s leading producer of nickel and palladium, and subsequently as Chief Financial Officer of MMC Intergeo, a mining holding company managing mining assets worldwide. He obtained his PhD in Economics in 2002.
Established in Switzerland over 15 years ago, Sergey Tchalykh advised Aldrin Wealth Management SA, a Geneva based multi-family office, before joining FP Wealth Solutions SA in 2019 as Director and Head of Risk and Compliance. In this role, he built the firm’s entire compliance framework from the ground up — internal procedures, sanctions policy, risk matrix, KYC/KYT processes and FinSA/FinIA implementation — and accompanied the company to its FINMA portfolio manager authorisation, obtained in 2024. He interacts regularly with FINMA, Swiss and foreign banks, asset managers and auditors and trains the firm’s team on regulatory matters.

Bio
Christian Rizzi has first joined UBS Group as internal auditor, first in Zurich, then in Geneva. He graduated as a banking economist. He joined Ernst & Young as banking auditor and obtained the Swiss CPA diploma with bank specialisation. He carried out financial, operational risk mangagement and regulatory audits for banks, securities firms, independent asset managers and family offices. This experience has enabled him to acquire a deep understanding of the regulatory framework, banking operational risk management, AML Compliance. He is a FINMA-approved auditor and a qualified manager under FinIA and FinSA.
He joined EFG Bank as COO and CRO in charge of compliance and operational risk management for the bank and COO/CFO for funds in Switzerland and Luxembourg.
Christian Rizzi also has been a member of the management team of a Swiss Supervisory Authority for financial intermediaries & trustees.
He is a native French and English speaker but is also fluent in German and Italian.
